It is important to note that all articles, graphics and newsletter copy that appears on our Web site are copyrighted to Congregation Beth Adam and may not be duplicated, distributed, or quoted in anyway without express permission.

If you are interested in receiving permission to reprint any articles or graphics from www.bethadam.org or any portion of our printed liturgy, please complete the form below. This form will email directly to us at Beth Adam. If necessary, you may fax this form to 513-686-2672. All requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible and our guidelines for reprinting materials will be sent to you. After you are granted permission to reprint, donations to the Congregation are gratefully accepted.
